Tier 3 MA New Homes with ENERGY STAR Incentives
As part of ABA’s partnership with the MA New Homes with ENERGY STAR Program, we provide consulting services to assist with building design, construction, and verification.
Tier 3 is the highest level of performance awarded in the Massachusetts Program, requiring an energy savings of 45% or greater over a Massachusetts reference home, independent of site generated power. Incentives of $8000 are available for a single family home which attains this level of performance.
