EPA/National ENERGY STAR Homes Labeling
At ABA, we have found The ENERGY STAR Homes Program to be a very successful marketing tool and quality control tool for builders, architects, and developers in the last few years. With recent energy code changes, ENERGY STAR Homes is also changing to stay ahead of the code. ENERGY STAR Homes Version 3 is the new standard being required for all ENERGY STAR qualified homes that will be completed after Dec. 31st 2011.
ABA has been recognized with a 2011 ENERGY STAR Leadership in Housing Award.
There are many changes and improvements in Version 3 of ENERGY STAR Homes. Please contact us early in your project to review and plan for them all.
