“Many, many thanks to all of our clients, partners and employees who have helped make Advanced Building Analysis a success over the last 18 years!

Since 2007, Advanced Building Analysis, LLC expanded from its core HERS Rater services to include many ancillary services. As we continued to expand, we debated how best to serve our clients as a small company providing a wide array of services.

After much consideration, our final solution is to split our company and give our work to 2 other companies who can better scale to support our growing market.

Our HERS Rating work, is assigned to Home Energy Raters (HER) with our staff Gail, Sam, Ben, and Sara joining the HER team, and our Phius MF Verification and large building air leakage testing work, led by Mike Browne and joined by Matt, is being assigned to RDH Building Science.

We are all excited to have plenty of room to grow again as we join these larger companies.

We look forward to continuing to serve our clients and to grow with them within our new organizations.”
