ABA is an approved verifier for the Mass Save Residential Renovations and Additions Program. This is the MA Utility sponsored Program that provides significant financial incentives for efficient renovations and additions for permitted projects for existing homes. Other requirements for program participation include “Renovations must meet a minimum of 500 square feet of total thermal envelope, including floors, walls and ceilings. Additions must also meet a minimum of 500 square feet total floor area. The various financial incentives vary with location, fuel type, overall performance and equipment types.
