The ENERGY STAR Homes Program in New Hampshire is administered by NH Saves in conjunction with the regional utilities. ABA is partnered with Eversource and Unitil to offer ENERGY STAR Labeling for new homes throughout much of Southern New Hampshire. ABA rater fees are covered by the sponsoring utility with builder incentives based on the overall energy performance attained by the home.
Program incentives range from $500 up to $4000 per unit, depending on the building measures taken and the utility involved.
